Anti-TFCP2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against TFCP2, also referred to as CP2c. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human TFCP2 (NP_005644.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 64 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
