Anti-TFAP2C Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, targets TFAP2C (also referred to as AP2 gamma). It is an unconjugated IgG antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-450 of human TFAP2C (NP_003213.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 49 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
