Anti-TFAM Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against TFAM (also designated mtTFA) and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, IP and ChIP applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as an affinity-purified liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human TFAM (NP_003192.1). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, ICC/IF and ChIP; the target protein migrates at approximately 25 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
