Anti-TF3B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against an internal epitope of human TF3B (also known as BRF1/GTF3B), a subunit of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor TFIIIB complex. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography and supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Presented as an unconjugated IgG, it is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF) on human samples, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of total TF3B protein. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody; shipments leave the supplier on cold packs at 4 °C, after which the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at ‑20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
