This rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognizes TF2H1, the p62 subunit of the general transcription factor TFIIH complex. Produced in rabbit and supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antisera, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. TFIIH plays a dual role in RNA polymerase II transcription initiation and in nucleotide excision repair, so detection of its TF2H1 subunit supports studies of transcription-coupled DNA repair, transcription factor biology, and stress responses in mammalian cells and tissues. The unconjugated format leaves the antibody free for downstream labeling with fluorophores, enzymes, or biotin, depending on the chosen application. From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent provides a tool for researchers investigating the core TFIIH complex, p62 function, and NER pathway components across human and mouse models.
