Anti-TF Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Transferrin (TF). The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 355–698 of human Transferrin (NP_001054.2) and is affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the product is supported by four scientific validation images.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target Transferrin has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
