Anti-Tetraspanin-8 (S129) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against Tetraspanin-8 (S129) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 110–160 of human Tetraspanin-8 as immunogen, and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Tetraspanin-8 protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target of approximately 26 kDa.
