Anti-Tetraspanin-8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the human Tetraspanin-8 protein (TSPAN8), also known by the synonyms TM4SF3, Tspan-8, Transmembrane 4 superfamily member 3, and tumor-associated antigen CO-029. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Tetraspanin-8 and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Each vial contains 50 µL of unconjugated antibody, with an IgG isotype, and is intended for research use only in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
