Anti-TET3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TET3, supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. Raised in rabbit, the antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is provided as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1551–1650 of human TET3. The reported molecular weight is 179 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 194 kDa, and concentration is stated as lot specific.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and ELISA at a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml.
