Anti-TET2 Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets TET2 and is reactive with human samples. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

The immunogen is recombinant full length human TET2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TET2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Purification was carried out from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The TET2 target has a molecular weight of approximately 224 kDa. Clonality is polyclonal, host species is rabbit, and isotype is IgG.
