Anti-TET2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TET2, marketed by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody for the detection of the TET2 target. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with manufacturer data additionally supporting immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 303–470 of human TET2 (NP_001120680.1), and the antibody has been affinity-purified, with a reported molecular weight of 280 kDa. The liquid formulation is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is shipped at 4 °C for storage at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, with six scientific validation images available.
