Anti-TET1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TET1 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1800–1900 of human TET1 (NP_085128.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target has a reported molecular weight of 250 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery aliquot and store at −20°C, and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
