TESK2 (Testis-specific kinase 2) is a dual-specificity serine, threonine, and tyrosine kinase implicated in integrin-mediated signaling, cytoskeletal reorganization, and integrin-driven cell adhesion. The Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com provides an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) detection of TESK2 in human samples. Supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use solution, the polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes of the TESK2 protein, supporting reproducible signal across blotting and imaging platforms. Researchers investigating cell spreading, migration, focal adhesion dynamics, or kinase pathway activity can apply this reagent in fixed-cell imaging and lysate-based protein analysis. Suitable for research use only.
