The TESK2 protein (Testis-Specific Kinase 2) is a dual-specificity serine/threonine kinase implicated in cytoskeletal reorganization, integrin signaling, and spermatogenesis-related signaling cascades. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is provided as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 100 µL vial, enabling Western Blot detection of endogenous TESK2 in mouse and rat sample lysates.

The antibody is reactive with both mouse and rat TESK2, supporting cross-species validation of expression patterns in tissues such as testis, brain, and selected cancer cell line models where TESK2 has been reported. Because it is unconjugated, it can be paired with a secondary antibody of the user's choice (HRP, AP, or fluorescent) depending on the imaging or detection workflow.

Recommended handling: store the antibody refrigerated at 4 °C to preserve activity across multiple uses; for longer-term storage, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect the reagent from light. Each lot is supplied at 100 µL, an amount adequate for several standard mini-gel Western Blot experiments at recommended working dilutions.

Researchers studying kinase signaling pathways, integrin-linked cytoskeletal dynamics, or reproductive biology will find this reagent useful for probing TESK2 expression alongside related kinases such as TESK1.
