Anti-TERT (phospho-S824) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against TERT phosphorylated at Serine 824. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer's documentation, the antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human TERT around the phosphorylation site of Serine 824, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of TERT protein when phosphorylated at Ser824. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with the manufacturer reporting a purity of > 104% by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight of the target is ~127 kDa, and one scientific validation image is referenced for this reagent.
