Anti-TERT (I820) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TERT (I820). The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 791-840 of Human TERT, and TERT (I820) pAb detects endogenous levels of TERT protein. The reported molecular weight is ~ 127 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with stated purity > 111% (by SDS-PAGE). Validated for WB, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
