Anti-TERT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets TERT (Telomerase reverse transcriptase) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human and Rat samples, with a target molecular weight of 127 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1000-1100 of human TERT (NP_937983.2). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody has been affinity purified. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:1,000.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
