Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TERT and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human TERT and detects endogenous levels of the TERT protein. Reactivity has been demonstrated in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 127 kDa.
