Anti-Tensin-1 (phospho-Y483) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for Tensin-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 483, offered by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and is reported to be > 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Tensin-1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 483, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the target protein when phosphorylated at Tyr483. Observed molecular weight is approximately 152 and 230 kDa.
