Anti-Tem1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-Tem1 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes the Tem1 GTPase of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a key regulator of the mitotic exit network (MEN) that governs completion of cell division in budding yeast. Validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation, this unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in a single vial and is intended for research use only in yeast cell biology workflows. Recommended handling is to store the antibody at -20 °C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity against endogenous Tem1.
