Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against TEL (N405), produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 380–430 of human TEL. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of TEL protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
