Anti-TEL/ETV6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the TEL/ETV6 transcription factor (also known as ETS translocation variant 6, ETS-related protein Tel1, and TEL1 oncogene) and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, with the antibody detecting endogenous levels of total ETV6 protein. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and aliquots should be stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
