Anti-TEL/ETV6 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets TEL/ETV6, an ETS-family transcription factor best known for its role in hematopoiesis and as a recurrent translocation partner in leukemias such as ETV6-RUNX1-driven pediatric B-ALL. Raised in rabbit, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for flexible assay design. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of hematopoietic development, yolk sac vascular remodeling, and leukemia model systems.
