Anti-TEKT5 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of the TEKT5 (tektin 5) protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with human samples.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody was generated against a fusion protein corresponding to the C-terminal 250 amino acids of human tektin 5 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total TEKT5 protein. The product is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.3, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
