Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TEF, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of Human TEF. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 33 kDa.
The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of TEF protein.
