Anti-TEC Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the TEC protein. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human Tec (NP_003206.2), with a reported molecular weight of 68 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
