Anti-TEAD4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets TEAD4 and is validated for Western blot applications across Human, Mouse and Rat samples [C0, S1]. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form with an IgG isotype [C0, S1].

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110–250 of human TEAD4 (NP_003204.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 48 kDa [S1]. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1].

A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is provided [S1]. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles [S1]. One scientific validation image supports use in this application [S1].
