Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TEAD2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61-106 of Human TEAD2 as immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of TEAD2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
