Anti-TEAD1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against TEAD1 (also referred to as TEF1/TEAD-1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 135–215 of human TEAD1 (NP_068780.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target protein is reported with a molecular weight of 50 kDa, and antibody concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, ICC/IF, and ChIP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For continuous use, storage at -20°C is recommended.
