Anti-TDT Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets Terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase (TDT), a template-independent DNA polymerase active during V(D)J recombination in developing B- and T-lymphocytes. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µg liquid aliquot of purified IgG raised in rabbit, unconjugated, and validated for western blot detection of the endogenous ~58 kDa TDT protein. Cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples supports its use in studies of lymphoid maturation, thymocyte development, and the immunophenotypic work-up of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, where TDT serves as a classical diagnostic marker.
