Anti-TDRKH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against TDRKH, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 36-355 of human TDRKH (NP_001077432.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration, following affinity purification. The target molecular weight is reported as 72 kDa. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
