Anti-TDGF1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TDGF1 (also referred to as Cripto1/CRIPTO), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 15–134 of human TDGF1 (NP_001167607.1) and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reactivity has been demonstrated on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target protein is reported at molecular weights of 18 kDa and 20 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200, supported by 4 scientific validation images. The product concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
