Anti-TDG (K90) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 28–109 of human TDG, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TDG protein. It is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight is approximately 46 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
