Anti-TDG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against TDG, supplied unconjugated as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) application and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 111–308 of human TDG (NP_003202.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Validation data include a representative Western blot using extracts of Rat thymus at 25 µg per lane, with the primary antibody applied at 1:1,000 and detected using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 with an ECL Basic Kit.
