Anti-TCR β (K115) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the TCR β protein, recognising an epitope around the K115 region. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been verified to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 81-130 of Human TCR β, and specifically detects endogenous levels of TCR β protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 20,39 kDa.
