Anti-TCP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against T-complex protein 1 subunit alpha (TCP-1-alpha) and is intended for the detection of total endogenous TCP1 protein. The immunogen is a recombinant human TCP1 protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified using that immunogen to maximise specificity. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the preparation is unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with cross-reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), making it suitable for a range of cell and tissue-based detection workflows.
