Anti-TCP1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against TCP1 (T-complex protein 1 subunit alpha), the essential subunit of the cytosolic CCT/TRiC chaperonin complex that folds nascent actin and tubulin. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, allowing convenient storage at -20 °C and short-term handling at 4 °C without loss of titer. The antibody has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a practical choice for cytoskeletal chaperone research, neurodegeneration models in which CCT function is implicated, and proliferation studies tracking the TRiC complex in dividing cells.
