Anti-TCN1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human TCN1 (transcobalamin-1, also known as haptocorrin, HC, Protein R, TC1/TCI) and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial. The immunogen is a recombinant human TCN1 protein, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of total TCN1. It is validated for Western blot (WB), with supporting immunocytochemistry data, and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies of the vitamin B12-binding carrier haptocorrin.
