Anti-TCF7 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TCF7 is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for Western blot (WB) applications. The primary antibody is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is accompanied by one scientific validation image. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 28 – 50 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–150 of human TCF1/TCF7 (NP_003193.2). The product is formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
