TCF4 (Transcription Factor 4), also known as E2-2, is a class A basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor that binds E-box DNA motifs and regulates lymphocyte differentiation, neurodevelopment, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes TCF4 in human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Researchers use it to study hematopoietic lineage commitment, class switch recombination in B cells, and the molecular basis of Pitt-Hopkins syndrome, where TCF4 haploinsufficiency contributes to neurodevelopmental deficits. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µL aliquots, providing enough volume for multiple immunolabelling experiments across tissue sections, cell lysates, and cultured preparations, and can be paired with secondary antibodies of choice for chromogenic or fluorescence detection in fixed and frozen samples.
