Anti-TCF4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TCF-4 and supplied as a liquid preparation. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–210 of human TCF4 (UniProt P15884). The reported molecular weight of the target is 71 kDa, and the product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Purification is by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
