Manufactured and distributed by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TCF3 (also known as E2A, transcription factor 3). The antibody detects endogenous levels of total TCF3 protein and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl), supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. It is unconjugated and of the Rabbit IgG isotype, making it suitable for direct labelling workflows where the user wishes to attach their own reporter. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been tested for cross-reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting its use in a broad range of cell and tissue-based studies. Western blot data shown on the product page demonstrate detection of TCF3 in extracts from 293 cells, while the IHC validation is performed on paraffin-embedded human brain tissue, providing reassurance for neuroscience and stem-cell research applications. For storage and handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The product is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. With a recommended lead time of 4–6 business days from the Cambridge (UK) warehouse, this reagent offers a reliable polyclonal option for laboratories investigating TCF3/E-protein-mediated transcriptional regulation in lymphocyte development and broader B- and T-cell signalling contexts.
