Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human TCEB2 immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous TCEB2 (Elongin B) protein across a broad range of samples. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is offered here in a 50 µL pack size and should be stored at –20 °C for long-term stability. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows, with cross-reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat species. Researchers working on transcription elongation, the VHL–Elongin BC ubiquitin ligase complex and hypoxia signaling will appreciate the polyclonal breadth of epitope coverage combined with the rigorous affinity purification performed against the immunogen, providing reliable detection of total TCEB2 in cell and tissue lysates alike. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not cleared for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
