Anti-TCEB2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TCEB2, also known as Elongin-B, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-118 of human TCEB2 (NP_009039.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:20-1:50 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
