Anti-TCEA1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 75-140 of human TCEA1 (NP_006747.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
