Anti-TCAP Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against titin-cap (TCAP), also known as telethonin, CMD1N, LGMD2G, T-cap and TELE, and is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody detects endogenous levels of TCAP and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry (IF) on human samples, with the expected molecular weight near 19 kDa. For continuous use the vial should be stored at -20 °C, and the product is intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
