Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TCAP and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The isotype is IgG.
The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human TCAP as immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of TCAP protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the TCAP target is approximately 19 kDa.
