Anti-TC21 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent specifically targets TC21, a small GTPase also known as RRAS2 that belongs to the Ras superfamily of membrane-associated signaling proteins. RRAS2 participates in mitogenic and survival pathways that control cell proliferation, differentiation, and adhesion, and altered TC21 activity has been documented in human tumors of the breast, lung, and other tissues. Germline variants in the RRAS2 gene have additionally been linked to Noonan syndrome and related Rasopathies, making the protein a target of interest in both oncology and developmental disorder research.

The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples. Because polyclonal reagents recognize multiple epitopes on TC21, the antibody is well suited to detecting both wild-type protein and naturally occurring variants, supporting studies of expression levels, subcellular localization, and signaling dynamics in cultured cells and fixed tissue sections.
