Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TBXAS1 (Thromboxane-A synthase, also known as CYP5, CYP5A1 and Cytochrome P450 5A1) and is supplied at 50 µl per vial as an unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is generated using a recombinant human TBXAS1 immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of total TBXAS1 protein across Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. It is of the polyclonal IgG isotype and has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies in cardiovascular, inflammatory and platelet-related research. The reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20°C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
