Anti-TBXAS1 Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to TBXAS1 (Thromboxane synthase), supplied as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 407–533 of human Thromboxane synthase (NP_001052.3) and recognises a target at approximately 55 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C, then aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
